DATATRACK has developed BreezeFigsTM, a "speed figure" system that analyzes stride length and other factors of horses in motion at 2-year-old sales or at racetracks (in races or morning breezes) to select the most promising racing prospects.
BreezeFigs' top selections include over 75% of all stakes horses to emerge from the major 2-year-old sales in North America.
Daily Racing Form has incorporated BreezeFigs as part of its DRF-Plus on-line handicapping services to help bettors select the horses with the best chances to win races who have not yet raced or have only made a couple of starts.

DATATRACK has taken the 50-year-old art of measuring horses by hand and adapted its principles to digital technology. We take video of horses while they are standing, then freeze the frame and measure them on the screen to prevent variations in hand-measurement techniques from analyst-to-analyst. The results are then computerized to project a horse's potential racing and/or breeding capabilities.
Biomechanical analysis for racing purposes is available for yearlings, 2-year-olds and older horses in training. Breeding analysis for broodmare or stallion potential is available for yearlings, 2-year-olds and older horses in training, and recently retired racehorses.
DATATRACK's digital video programs and services are under the supervision of Director of Racing Jason M. Kilgore, who utilized his knowledge and experience in Thoroughbred sales prep and animal physiology at the University of Kentucky to develop the company's unique approach to biomechanics and speed ratings. Since 2000 he has developed digital video programs and services to expand the parameters of Thoroughbred biomechanics and motion analysis.

DATATRACK takes ultra-sound heart scans under veterinary supervision to generate a Cardio Score based on the size, age and fitness of individual horses.
The Cardio Score is a relative measure of the heart's innate capacity to supply oxygen needs to that horse, and can be compared to a horse's peers, whether it's a yearling, 2-year-old in training, currently racing, or breeding stock, and often by sire.

Our team includes widely published pedigree experts who have also bred and purchased racehorses, mares and stallions for themselves and for clients-most of the time with biomechanical and cardio analysis as a tool.
